How it Works

1) Meal Bundles

We offer bigger discounts for large Meal Bundles. There are 3 options:

1) Meal Bundles 4+: Select from 4 to 7 dishes that cost between 179 and 299 baht.

2) Meal Bundles 8+: Select from 8 to 11 dishes and receive a 3% discount on your order.

3) Meal Bundles 12+: Select 12 or more dishes and receive a 5% discount on your order.

  • Choose the number of dishes you want to order (a minimum of 4).
  • Select your dish options.
  • Select the meal size to suit your calories needs and add to cart.
  • At checkout, select your delivery time and date.
  • We’ll deliver each batch at the same time/day each week.
  • Deliveries: Tue-Sun (closed Mondays).

2) Mega Bundles 

Mega Bundles are available in bundles of 24, 36, 48 or 60 dishes.

1) Select the number of dishes and meal size.
2) Select the number of deliveries and add to cart.
3) At checkout, select your delivery time and date.
4) We’ll deliver each batch at the same time/day each week.
5) Deliveries: Tue-Sun (closed Mondays).

Absolutely! You can select any combination of small, medium or large dishes within a Meal Bundle. Tap each dish to view the ingredients and macros, and select the ones that suit your preferences.

For Mega Bundles, we provide a set menu of 12 dishes for the week. You can view the dishes on the Mega Bundles page.

The prices of individual dishes range from 179 baht to 299 baht. We calculate the bundle price based on the type and size of dishes you select. There are discounts available for ordering larger Meal Bundles,  

You can order and pay online at crunchyourmeals.com. Choose your meals, select the delivery day and time, and complete the payment at checkout. Delivery confirmations and updates will be sent via email and WhatsApp or Line app.

Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. This helps us to keep costs low, minimise waste, and prepare and cook your meals just right!

We are currently available on Grab for instant deliveries and will launch on Food Panda soon. Please note that prices through these platforms are higher due to the high fees charged by these companies.

Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change! While changes or cancellations become more challenging as we get closer to your delivery day, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request. We’re here to help make things work for you!

The Meals

We recommend eating our salads on the same day that you receive them. You can eat any of our cooked meals fresh on the day, or refrigerate or freeze them. However, some proteins and vegetables don’t freeze and reheat well so we provide instructions on how to best store and reheat.

General reheating instructions

Transfer the meal from the box to a dinner plate. Spread the meal evenly. We recommend spreading the sauce evenly across the meat so it soaks in. Set the microwave on medium-high for 2-3 minutes. Pause the microwave mid-way to test the temperature, stir and flip the ingredients, before continuing.

To defrost your meals after storage in the freezer, we recommend placing them in the fridge 24 hours before you intend to eat them.

  • BBQ Pulled Chicken & Sweet Potato

Group 2: Other chicken dishes
  • Breaded Chicken, Creamy Spinach & Mashed Potato (best eaten on day 1 for maximum crispiness)
  • Roasted Herb Chicken & Mushroom Gravy
  • Chicken Thigh & Coconut Rice

  • Fridge: Best consumed within 2-3 days.
  • Freezer: Max. 10 days.
  • Note: chicken doesn’t defrost and reheat as well as other meats.
  • Use Tupperware if available.

🔥 Reheat:

  • Microwave: 2-3 min, medium-high.
  • Stir/flip after 1 min.
  • Use an air fryer, grill or oven to put the crispiness back into breaded chicken.
Group 3: Fish dishes
  • Chia Crusted Salmon, Quinoa & Edamame
  • Salmon Cherry Tomatoes & Sweet Potato
  • Grilled Seabass, Ratatouille & Mashed Potato (best not frozen)

🔥 Reheat:

  • Microwave: 1-2 min, medium-high.
  • Check after 1 min (reheat salmon separately for best results).
Group 4: Pork and beef dishes

  • Braised Beef & Potato Wedges
  • Spaghetti Bolognese with Grass-Fed Beef

  • Fridge: Best consumed within 4-5 days.
  • Freezer: Max. 20 days.
  • Use Tupperware if available.

🔥 Reheat:

  • Microwave: 2-3 min, medium-high.
  • Stir/flip after 1 min.
  • Use an air fryer, grill or oven to put the crispiness back into the wedges.
Group 5: Burritos
  • Mexican Burrito with Jalapeños
  • English Breakfast Burrito
  • BBQ Pulled Chicken Burrito

🧊 Storage:

  • Fridge: Best consumed within 2-3 days.
  • Use Tupperware if available.
  • Not suitable for freezing.

🔥 Reheat:

  • Microwave: 1-2 min, medium-high (keep wrapped).
  • For a crisper wrap, use an oven/toaster after microwaving.
Group 6: Brownies
  • Gooey-Fudgy Brownie

🧊 Storage:

  • Best eaten within 7 days (fridge).
  • Freeze for up to 20 days.
  • Use Tupperware if available.

❄️ Best served cold:

  • Eat directly from the fridge to retain that fugdy texture.
  • No reheating needed.
Limit freezing food to 1 month

Living in the tropics has a different effect on food storage. Here’s why:

  1. Moisture Exposure: High humidity can cause moisture to infiltrate packaging and food, even in the freezer. This can lead to the formation of ice crystals, which may damage the texture and quality of the food over time.
  2. Freezer Burn: Excess moisture combined with air exposure can cause freezer burn, which affects the taste, texture, and appearance of frozen food. In humid environments, this process can occur more rapidly.

When you buy in bulk, you can eat them fresh on the day, refrigerate and/or freeze any of our delicious dishes. See the previous question for more details.

Our meals will easily stay fresh for 3 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated. You can also freeze our meals for a maximum of 15-20 days. We recommend transferring them to Tupperware if you have some. 

However, some proteins and vegetables don’t freeze and reheat well so we provide instructions on how to best store and reheat your meals.

When you order from us, we include storage and reheating instructions for all of the dishes in your email confirmation. 

Yes, they all can. In fact we encourage it as it can help bring out the crunch again. However, the best method depends on the type of dish.

For all dishes, if using an oven, preheat to 160°C (325°F) and cover with foil to retain moisture. For an air fryer, set the temperature to a lower setting (around 150°C or 300°F) and monitor the dish to avoid over-drying.

Dishes that reheat well in an oven or air fryer

  • BBQ Pulled Chicken & Sweet Potato (Use the oven to maintain the moisture of the chicken and sweet potato)
  • Lemon herb breaded chicken & crispy mashed potato (The air fryer will help the breading stay crispy)
  • BBQ Pulled Pork & Roasted Potato Wedges: (Use the air fryer for crisping the potato wedges.

Dishes best reheated in the oven – avoid the air fryer, as it may dry out the fish or meat. However, the air fryer can be used for the potato wedges if heated separately.

Burritos: Reheat in the oven for a consistent, even warming. The air fryer may make the tortillas too crispy.

For best results, always cover dishes in the oven with foil to retain moisture or use a microwave if you’re short on time.

Locally sourced ingredients

Thailand is renowned for its exceptional ingredients, and we proudly source almost all our produce locally. By supporting local farms, we not only provide fresh, high-quality ingredients but also contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.

Our local sourcing includes:

  • Rice, fresh vegetables and fruits: Sourced from local farmers, depending on seasonal availability.
  • Herbs and coconuts: These are carefully selected based on seasonal conditions to ensure peak flavour and freshness.

Specialty ingredients

While we prioritise local sourcing, certain ingredients are sourced internationally to maintain our high-quality standards:

  • Grass-fed beef: We source premium grass-fed beef from New Zealand and Argentina, known for its superior taste and quality.
  • Salmon: Our Norwegian salmon is rich in beneficial fats, making it ideal for cooking and reheating without compromising flavour.

Ethical practices

We are committed to ethical practices in all our sourcing decisions:

  • Eggs and poultry: We use free-range, hormone-free and antibiotic-free eggs and poultry, ensuring humane treatment of animals and high-quality products.
  • Environmental impact: By reducing our reliance on long-distance transportation and partnering with local farmers, we minimise our carbon footprint.

Future goals

As Crunch Your Meals continues to grow, we aim to expand our partnerships with local smallholder farmers. This supports small businesses, enhances sustainability and helps us keep costs manageable. Your support helps us make a positive impact on both our community and the environment.

Each meal comes with detailed information on ingredients and nutritional content, including macronutrients. We make every effort to use real, whole foods, keeping processed sauces to a minimum. We use rice bran and olive oil for cooking and flavour that specific to each dish. 

We take cross-contamination seriously and have procedures in place to minimise risk. However, as all of our meals are prepared in the same kitchen, some cross-contamination is possible for allergens like nuts.

We provide a full ingredient breakdown for every dish listed on our website. If you have specific food allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us for more information and assistance.

If there are any issues with your meals, please contact our support team immediately, and we will work to resolve the problem.

The macros for each dish are provided as a guide only. We calculated the macros and calories using the lab tested nutrition facts provided on most of our ingredients. Where these didn’t exist, we used the USFDA guide to calculate the numbers by weight. We sent our finished meals to a lab for nutritional analysis and adjusted our calculations based on these results. We also revised some of our recipes to ensure we keep the macros balanced, and the sodium and sugar low. 

We weigh all of the ingredients before we cook and weigh each serving before we package them, but there will always be small variances in the final macros for each dish.

Yes, all the meat we use is halal certified. We work closely with trusted suppliers to ensure that all our ingredients meet halal standards, so you can enjoy your meals with confidence.

Packaging

Your food is delivered in air-tight, eco-friendly packaging designed to keep it cool and fresh until it reaches your door. However, as we rely on the prompt service of our delivery partners, Grab, the food may cool a little between packaging and arriving at your door.  

We are committed to sustainability throughout our business and in our packaging.

All of our packaging is biodegradable cardboard or plastic and can be reused or recycled. The meal containers, insulation and protective paper are compostable. The box, snack pots and meal lids can be recycled. 

We suggest rinsing the plastic containers before putting them in the recycle bin. As the packaging is biodegradable, you can be confident that it won’t cause ongoing harm to the environment, even if it doesn’t make it to the recycling plant. 

Delivery

We deliver from Tuesday to Sunday and are closed on Mondays. To ensure your meals are fresh, please place your order at least 2 days in advance.

At checkout, select a one-hour delivery slot between 11.00 and 22.00. For example, if you order before midnight on Sunday, you can choose any delivery time for Tuesday. This helps us to keep costs low, minimise waste, and prepare and cook your meals just right!

We use Grab to book deliveries and send all dishes in sustainable packaging. We use paper bags for smaller packages and a cardboard box for larger bundles. 

No problem! When placing your order at checkout, you can specify delivery instructions for the driver, such as a safe place.

On the day of delivery, you will receive proof of the delivery via text message. If the delivery is left with someone like the juristic office or security, you can view a picture of the location through our delivery partner or on Line/WhatsApp.
